1. Processing Time
 

Please note that Processing Time is different from Shipping Time.

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within [1-3] business days.

• Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or personalized (e.g., engravings, custom sizing), please allow [5-10] business days for production before shipping.
  
  3. International Shipping

• We happily ship to most countries worldwide.

• Customs, Duties, & Taxes: Promise & Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

• Delivery Times: International shipments may take longer to arrive due to customs processing.
  
  4. Order Tracking & Security
   

• Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
  Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded exterior packaging to ensure security and prevent theft. The beautiful Promise & Co. branding is exclusively on the inside!
  
  5. Damages & Lost Packages
   

• Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at shoppromiseandco@gmail.com so we can file a claim.

• Lost Packages: Promise & Co. is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package or filing a claim with the carrier.
   

• 6. Incorrect Addresses
   

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Promise & Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
