Return & Exchange Policy
At Promise & Co., we want you to fall in love with your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
1. Return Window
You have [30] days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If [30] days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its exact original state. Promise & Co. reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition. * Unworn & Unused: The jewelry must show no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

Original Packaging: It must be in the original jewelry box/pouch with all tags attached (if applicable).

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
Certain types of jewelry cannot be returned for credit or refund:

Custom & Personalized Pieces: Items that have been engraved, custom-designed, or modified specifically for you (including custom sizing) are Final Sale.

Earrings: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are Final Sale.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email us at shoppromiseandco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Approval: We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

Ship It Back: Securely pack the item in its original box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $[50]. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that a refund will not be valid if the product is not returned in its original state.
